Waffle cookies are just chocolate waffles.
1/2 c. melted margarine
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. cocoa
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chocolate chips
. Cream butter and sugar.
. Add other ingredients.
. Bake 1 min. in waffle iron.
. You can put ice cream on top if you want.
